System Planned Maintenance from 5pm on May 8th through May 12th

Systemwide improvements will be made from 5 pm on May 8th through May 12th and will limit services as follows:
  • • May 8th at 5 pm through May 12th - The following services will not be available:
    • - Online portal for plans, permits, inspection requests, BTR, and Code Compliance
    • - All payments including in person and online payments
    • - Permit issuance and BTR issuance
    • - No inspection requests after 3:30 PM on May 8th via the CSS Portal, Inspections may still be requested via phone at 954-572-2380 for Building Division or 954-746-3270 for Engineering
  • • Inspections during the planned maintenance can be scheduled ahead of time by visiting sunrisefl.gov/openforbusiness
    • • As early as Monday, May 12, 2025, you will need to re-register for your CSS account using the same email address as your current account.
